SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All UK orders are dispatched within 3 working days from order date and then delivered within 3-5 working days, our products are shipped via Royal Mail delivery. A tracking number will be provided with each order. 

 

International 

For all International orders – shipping cost vary and are calculated at checkout. Our international service is fulfilled by Parcel Force. Depending on where you are in the world parcels can take between 7-14 days to ​arrive.

The customer is responsible for all import, duty, customs, clearance and VAT fees levied by the receiving government and/or courier. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products which has been damaged during transit if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@houseofshoreditch.co.uk within 48 hours of arrival. 

In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided, and products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To process any refund or exchange, please email info@houseofshoreditch.co.uk in advance of your intention to return or exchange a product.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by House of Shoreditch. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items.
