MANGO MATCHA LATTE RECIPE

Our mango matcha latte recipe is a refreshing summer favourite and very easy to make!







INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Teaspoons of HOUSE OF SHOREDITCH ceremonial grade Matcha for the best quality and flavour

  • 1 Tbsp of Honey or Vegan syrup as a sweetener

  • Mango chunks

  • ¼ Cup Hot Water (not too hot as this willll kill the flavour)

  • ¾ Cup of milk of choice (We love oat milk)

  • 1 Handful of Ice Cubes


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Blend mango chunks until pureed and set aside.

  • Prepare your matcha by sifting your powder in a measuring cup or small bowl.

  • Add hot water and whisk for 15-20 seconds until foamy and powder fully dissolves in water.

  • Add honey (or vegan syrup of choice) to matcha and mix together.

  • Fill drinking glass, about 1/4 full with the mango puree.

  • Add in your ice cubes and pour in your chosen milk (we love oat milk) until almost full and finish off by pouring your matcha on top.

  • Stir, sip and enjoy!
