MANGO MATCHA LATTE RECIPE
Our mango matcha latte recipe is a refreshing summer favourite and very easy to make!
INGREDIENTS
2 Teaspoons of HOUSE OF SHOREDITCH ceremonial grade Matcha for the best quality and flavour
1 Tbsp of Honey or Vegan syrup as a sweetener
Mango chunks
¼ Cup Hot Water (not too hot as this willll kill the flavour)
¾ Cup of milk of choice (We love oat milk)
1 Handful of Ice Cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend mango chunks until pureed and set aside.
Prepare your matcha by sifting your powder in a measuring cup or small bowl.
Add hot water and whisk for 15-20 seconds until foamy and powder fully dissolves in water.
Add honey (or vegan syrup of choice) to matcha and mix together.
Fill drinking glass, about 1/4 full with the mango puree.
Add in your ice cubes and pour in your chosen milk (we love oat milk) until almost full and finish off by pouring your matcha on top.
Stir, sip and enjoy!
